Scanned Copy of Applicant’s Passport Information Page 

A scanned copy of the applicant's passport information page is required for Armenia e-visa application. Passport requirements for Armenia E-Visa applications are as follows: 

1. Validity: The passport must remain valid for at least 3 months after the intended departure date from Armenia.
2. Blank Pages:  Applicant’s passport should have at least two blank pages for visa stamps.
3. Issuance Date: The passport should have been issued within the last 10 years.
4. Format: A scanned copy of the passport, no larger than 6 MB, must be uploaded in .jpg,.png,.bmp, or pdf.

Passport size Photograph

Return or Onward Flight Ticket

A return or onward flight ticket is necessary and proves that the applicant will leave Armenia within the permitted visa duration and will not overstay. A return or onward flight ticket aligning with the visa validity period is required to avoid immigration complications. 

Proof of Accommodation

Whether you stay in Armenia for one night or a week, proof of accommodation must be submitted. Accommodation proof can be: 

1. Hotel Reservation: Include a hotel booking receipt with your visa application if you have decided to stay at a hotel. Your full name, last name, hotel name, address, contact information, and arrival and exit dates must all be included in the hotel booking. 
2. Host Invitation letter: An invitation letter should be submitted by the host residing in Armenia stating that they have invited you to the country and you will stay with them. The invitation letter should include the hostname, phone number, address of the place, relation with the host, etc. 
3. Rented residence proof: You must submit evidence if you rent an apartment in Armenia.

An invitation letter is an official document submitted by an Armenian national, a legal resident, or an organisation inviting a foreigner to travel to Armenia for a particular cause, such as business, tourism, family visits, or humanitarian purposes. 1. Inviting party details: Name, address, and contact information of the organisation extending the invitation.

3. Visiting purpose: A detailed explanation of why the individual is being invited and information about the planned activities. 
4. Stay duration: Information related to how many days the visitor will stay and where he will stay.
5. Official stamping: The invitation should bear the official stamp of the organisation if it is being sent by a legally recognised organisation, public or municipal authorities, etc.

Sufficient fund proof 

Applicants must present adequate financial resources evidence to ensure they can manage their expenses in Armenia. Financial capability can be verified through documents such as bank statements, which confirm their ability to sustain themselves throughout their stay.

Travel Insurance 

Valid travel insurance covers all unexpected emergencies, such as medical emergencies, loss or theft, personal liabilities, trip cancellation, or interruption. 

Valid Residence Permit or Visa 

A valid residence permit or visa issued by countries in the European Union and Schengen Area, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Canada, Russia, or Japan. A minor may enter Armenia under the following conditions:
